The opportunity:
To work alongside the owners of a highly successful European recruitment business, and to gain your apprenticeship. We will invest heavily in you, train and mentor you, and offer a progressive career opportunity. We expect you to reach consultant level within one year, and senior consultant within two. Thereafter, doors will open in business development and senior delivery functions, through to Director level.
The role:
Directly influencing the success of client recruitment assignments all over Europe
Conducting industry research
Engaging with a sophisticated and high-calibre business person network in Europe
Building business relationships, delivering client recruitment assignments and projects
The candidate:
Graduate calibre, commercially astute, well-presented and sociable
Fearless in whom you might meet or talk to
Detail orientated and organised
Excellent verbal and written communication; excellent telephone based manner
Driven to succeed, logical and persuasive
Competitive
A team player
You may have some recruitment experience, you may be a recent graduate, you may be completely new to recruitment and fascinated by the career opportunity it presents.
Starting salary package (base and OTE) will be industry competitive and commensurate with your talent and our belief in you! Longer term earnings will fit at the top end of the industry.
